Bugger my car has been away a month now. repair has been held up because the driver that pulled out on me looks like he does not have insureance it turns out he is not even the registered driver either he has also not returned any documents at all to the police.

It is now going through my insurance who I have been phoning every day just so they can give me the run around and feed me bull****(now I know why I pay all that money) they wanted there own independant Engineers to look at the car so the process started again.
So thats going to cost me a small fortune(renewal is end of jan) altough I may be able to claim most of it back from the MIB but not the £500 excess I have been told. Thanks!

Friggin unisured drivers should be strung up
Keep chasing your insurance company,i had a similar thing a few years ago;they were quick to recover my car and take it to an repairer-send out the forms etc it then went real sloooow with estimators reports etc etc ,i had to give em a kick up the *** to speed things up.
If your missing a decent car to valet i can put mine on your drive for s few hours

Yeah same thing. they took the car the same day and at the same time dropped of a Z4. all was moving ahead my insureance company passed it onto a different company as it was not my fault. they sent out engineers all was agreed then they could not get hold of the other guy or trace any insureance through the registration so it got kicked back to my insurance and started again. chases them up and was fed bull****. "dont worry Mr johnson and engineer has been out yeasterday" bolox he has anyway..

The Z4 imediatly dissapointed the steering was horible after my car all mushy too much body roll and just not nice to drive. got used to it now it is a very good car just not a sports car. I imagine it would be fun on an empty car park as the thing seems to have absolutely no traction but it is very nose heavy the engine is in the wrong place
