The Wheels are Artec model PA http://www.artec-gmbh.de/ (Click on Felgenprogramm then on Festigkeitsgutachten) and this is a sub-company of RH Alurad http://www.rh-wheels.com
I bought them from a guy who used them as winter tires on his 996. The car was sold and later he sold the tires. He said he bought them from the dealership as OEM wheels for winter.
Here are some other shots and the wheels..
Now I just have to decide to do the supension or sell the car
