I figured the bumper would be safe there. I have not found a stool I like, so I use a 5 gal bucket and it works a treat.

Thank you very much. The blue hue is very noticeable when I park next to a GPW.

Can we have some close ups? I have a set that eventually are going to be mounted only in winter. Along with my winter front trays...
I will take pics but I do not think the PO attached them the way they are supposed to be, they are secured with screws and Anthony mentioned speed nuts. So who knows?

The Blue Ridge is an amazing drive for sure, I wish I had my Targa or Spyder when I drove it.

Here’s a shot of the Targa from last weeks concours, took first in class with a score of 238.5 out of 240. I also Learned what I need to do to improve my score for next year.

WOW!

Stunning!!

Great score and worthy of it. Just remember clean grease is acceptable.

Hah sore subject on the grease! Literally the night before the show I used some white lithium grease on the hinges figuring I would be fine on the day of the event. Nope, front hinge was apparently too greasy and he somehow managed to find it black. Needless to say I won’t be greasing any of the hinges next year.

LOL
BTDT

Best to clean and leave until after the event. Unless you disassemble and clean in a parts washer you will always have some black grease in there and white lithium is a dirt magnet. I lost first once by .3 for having three specs of lint on the felt above the door window frame. I guess I rubbed the rag against it. Always something that you can get dinged on.

No doubt the car got a lot of attention and had a great time.

Fun photo, did you notice the pups are sitting in opposite sides of the car compared to your avatar?
