My newly required C2, 1990 Forest green. Bilstein PSS9, rebuilt engine, cup, empty cat, FVD chip, larger brakes and upcoming RS-brakeducts. Also considering to change to the newer teardropmirrors. Does anybody know where to get these in carbon?? Recently changed to these mattblack-painted 996 wheels (7+9x17) from Mille M Cup1 replicas. The change shaved off appr 2 kilos pr wheel. No question, this is possible to sense when driving. Really like the style and driving enjoyment the 964 represents.

Welcome Bergwerk,
Love the look of the modifications! Low, dark and sinister.
Andy,
My wife surprised me with a digital SLR... Nikon D5000 (with extra lenses). I love it, but it's a big, big step up from a pocket type camera I was originally looking for (like yours)...now I'm walking around with this big camera/lens strapped to my shoulder.
The worst part is taking awesome pictures with the camera, then realizing I shouldn't put them on Rennlist because of my 4x4 suspension height!

The color is Slate Grey (schiefer grau).
I purchased the car with D90s and looked for Cup1s as an upgrade, but they proved hard to find at the time. The wheels on the car are called Cup4 from Tire Rack (link).
Cup1s are classic for sure, but I've really grown to like these wheels. It's a very simple, yet strong design...5 spokes starting at the lug nuts, going out to the rims edge. They are 17", but the spoke design makes them look a little bigger. Actually the design is a copy of 993 Turbo rim (link), but with creases on the spokes instead of smooth edges on the 993 Turbo rims. Basically it's a copy of the 933 Turbo rims with harder edges and longer looking spokes. Oh, and with a perfect offset and new tires all delivered to my door for just over $1,000...
