Default spraying aero mirrors

I've got a pair of aero mirrors coming for the 964

but they need spraying prior to fitting.

Anyone on here had a crack at doing this themselves? or would I be a fool not to take them to a paint shop?

any ideas as to what its likely to cost? (UK)

cheers all,

Tim.

Hi Tim,

Much easier taking them to a paint shop to match your car color. I tried and failed miserably, ended up taking them to a local paint shop. IIRC, I paid US$125 for the pair.

Got mine done at a local shop too - CAN$150 (so about the same as Peter).

You'd be better off taking them in to be finished professionally... Unless you done something like this before. They will only charge more if they have to cover mistakes.
