Rough Start
Lately I have noticed a hesitation when just moving out in first gear when the engine is cold. There is no rough idle upon start, but when I pull out there is the engine hesitates, little power, if pushed, a backfire. After the engine comes to temperature, no issue, pulling out in first is fine. Any ideas? Thanks!

I recently had this issue and found that the coil wire connector to the first distributor was loose. I cleaned the connector and firmly reinstalled. No problems know since.

I would imagine a number of ignition issues can cause this. My car was doing the same thing and it turned out to be a broken distributor belt. It was subtle and after the car ran for a few minutes it was fine.
