Default Looking for mechanic in VA

I recently moved to Manassas, VA and would like to find a good mechanic in the area. Does anybody know of any in Northern Virgina? Never been too impressed by dealerships, only impressed by what they bill. I have a 89 C4 with 128k well taken care of miles. Thanks

Thumbs up

welcome to VA!

i would give Stan Fox or his partner Bill Hagy a call over at RPM in Newington, VA. Both are well respected mechanics and noted racers. they have outstanding reputations in the Porsche community in and around the greater WashDC area.
their number is 703-550-8240.

There are a number of good independent shops in the area. Stan and Bill are as good as they come!

ASG in Merrifield, close to the central post office is a good place. They replaced my DMF and did some service. Great guys.
