Default Great 964 for sale...South Florida

A friend is selling his amazingly new 1990 964 Cab...about 40k miles... because he just bought a 1996 993 C2 Cab...his car is impecable and he is a long time Porsche owner...cold Ac...not a drop of oil in the garage floor and he is the kind of guy that parks about one mile from the front entrance in order to avoid door dings!!!

Anyway...I'll get some pictures tomorrow...stay tuned...

As promised...some extra info and pics on my friend's car:

1990 Carrera 4 Cabriolet
Miles: 43,100
Color: Guards Red / black interior/top
AC converted to new gas (cheaper) and blowing cold
RS America wheels with almost new (1,000 miles) Continental tires
Not a single dent in the body (extremely meticulous owner)
Made in 09/1989, it's the 964 # 94 (one of the first ones)
Not a drop of oil
All top's rubber replaced a couple of months ago
Impeccable interior
Price: $26,000

I drove this car yesterday and it's a blast...tight and responsive...a great car from a Porsche enthusiast and owner since 1983. He's selling just because he bought a 1996 993 C2 Cabriolet yesterday...he wants to sell to another enthusiast...if seriously interested, please contact me and I'll direct you to the owner...

No "buts" or "excuses"...this one is a perfect example ready to enjoy...needs nothing!!!

Hi Garret...my friend did set a really fair price...I totally stad by this one...car is firm as a rock and yesterday I drove it from Boca Raton to Miami as my friend went to pick up his 993...everything works as it should and engine is strong and responsive... I told my friend the only thing I did not like about his car was the new aftermarket Panasonic CD player...I'd dig an original radio on eBay!

That is a pristine example... tonneau cover and everything... the tonneau cover alone still goes for US$1K+

I don't need another cab, I don't need another cab, I don't need another cab...

The next owner is going to be a lucky one... That car looks awesome!

You may want to mention if the flywheel, cylinder head and distributor vent kit issues that plague this MY have been addressed.

Distributor vent kit can be seen in the engine photo. But good call on the other things.

What an oustanding looking car

Hi Trader220...I'll ask him and update info...he's the second owner but has a huge stack of records from day one...I'll ask him to check the receipts for the services you did mention...

Car is already on eBay...I'm attaching the link for all interested parties to check and contact the owner. My friend's e-mail is listed on the description section of the car's listing...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ALCA%3AUS%3A11

As I said before...this is a good one...I'm very positive this car will pass any PPI with flying colors...

Good luck!
