Default Antitheft Wheel Nuts 993-361-057-00

Hi everyone,

My car has 993 type anti theft wheel lock nuts (Part # 993-361-057-00) for which the removal tool has been lost.

(This is the type that comes with a special socket that fits on the wheel nuts, not the ones with the cap and a key you insert)

Does anyone know if the sockets are uniquely keyed or can I just order a new set with that part number?

Has anyone else had to remove these without the socket? And if so how did you do it?

Thanx

Kirk

From my reading on the 993 forum, they are "keyed" by number. If you can find someone with the same nubmer, you're in luck....other wise, call your local OPC.

Marc
p.s. Try asking this in the 993 forum - you might get lucky.

Sadly, I think it is on the tool but may be also in the docs with your car or on your receipt.
