Cool Brake specs for 964's etc

Can anyone confirm for me that the 964 C2 ran double-pot (2-pot) calipers throughout it's production run? I have a feeling that they were upgraded to the 4-pots from the C4 in 92 or so but can't find anything on the net to say so.
Also that the 964 C4 ran 4-pots?
Thanks

I assume you mean rear calipers, fronts have always been 4 pot. The rears were switched to a 4 pot on C2 for MY 1992, were 2 pot prior to that.

The only 964s fitted with 2 piston rear calipers were the 1990 and 1991 model year Carrera 2s, standard narrow body versions, manual and tipronic. All 964s had four piston front calipers.

Check the pictures of the 964 C2 front brakes... I've never seen these on a car.
