Can anyone tell me what the following option codes mean:

C16, 328, 383, 387, 425, 494, 567, 650,10012

 

C16 - UK car
328 - Radio Bremen or Symphony
383 - Sports seat - left
387 - Sport seat - right
425 - Rear Wiper
494 - 2 speakers on back shelf
567 - Windsheild green graduated tint
650 - Sunroof
10012 - not sure - mine is 00011

Anyone got an idea on what the last code is?

They are not option codes they are option code packages. Inotherwords, instead of listing all the option codes which might require two labels they package them all together under a master number.
There was a decoder for this once on the internet but I do not know if it still exists.
