I've found a UK supplier of the H&R/Bilstein coilovers (part number 29580-2) for £1050 INC VAT!
However, I still don't know yet what actually comes in the coilovers - I know they come assembled, but are there top mounts, or what??

JFK is right, the 'click' after you close the door is a flap in the heating system being pushed open by the air pressure inside the cabin as you close the door.
Don't worry about it.
