Performance chips-all hype or worth it's weight in gold?
Hi,
After couple months of research I feel I am even more confused than when I started. In the request to gain more Hp for my car I have been looking into intake mods including air flow sensoers and performance chips (autothority, etc.) Of course I have also read that performance chips don't produce the Hps claimed by the manufacturers (some claim gain of 20+ Hps). This is an expensive mod (typically around $2K for the parts) and I want to know if I am really getting my money's worth. Has anyone done this? and your feedback? positive or negative.
By the way, thanks for all your suggestions on the suspension upgrade. I have decided to go with H&R and Bilsteins, it will be done this week.
