Hi Ruairidh,
The car is US spec and US registered at the moment, You should e-mail Chuck for more details but as far as I know all you need is the boat (or plane?) fare and the local state registration taxes.
I'll see him on the 10th. May (Slalom in Bitburg !!!) and if you haven't already asked him I ask him then.

Not waiting....I've just bought a 993 RS!!
LHD, Yellow, 29,000 miles, all original - no mods, tracked.
Basically the potential running costs and probable greater depreciation of 993TT scared me. Plus most of my driving is on B/C roads in Norfolk where I 'think' RS will be more fun, and the 'hardcore' stripped out nature of RS appeals (same door handles as 2CV!)
Ultra frustrating as wheels are being refurbed so I won't get it for 4 weeks
Keeping 964 for a while to make sure I can 'live' with RS, so no tearful goodbyes!

John, exactly! Yellow is my own favourite colours for the RS (along with maritime blue) and I can only drive the LHD cars as the RHD ones are too offset for me (damn conversions )

Congrats on the purchase...the 993RS is truly a track fiend.....and the beauty is that it doesnt feel as "isolated" as a standard 993...ie: it "feels" similar to the 964 in many ways given that it is a bit more raw....

Hi Piers,
They are superb, congrats, when do we get a look?
There was a Yellow 993RS in at JZM few weeks ago, was that your new toy? It was sitting next to a Yellow 993 RSR which really looked the business.
