OK to check oil level park on level ground with engine up to running temperature. I do this but how long must car sit before level on dipstick is correct?

Wait about 2 or 3 minutes for it to stabilise.

To upload a pic click on "upload photo" at the very top, then browse to the location on your PC where the image is (must be either jpg or gif) and click on upload. The the system will give you a url, copy this onto somewhere. To load the image, write a post, and choose the "IMAGE" button, at this point paste the url you had been given and pronto!

Now you can show us your car!
