Tip on getting the back window out..
From the inside of the vehicle, take an exacto knife or carefully wielded razor blade and cut the rubber flange off that goes around and secures the window to the body of the car.
Be careful not to cut too deep as your defroster wires are in there and the rubber basically pins your headliner in between it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="eek.gif" />
It's a relatively easy job, once you get started...you'll see what I mean.
The difficult part is getting the rear window back in straight!! ...believe me...I know! <img border="0" alt="[grrrrrrr]" title="" src="graemlins/cussing.gif" />
