tyre manufacture date question
Can anybody tell me how i tell when a tyre was manufactured? Apparently there are some numbers on the side you can decode?

There are four digits in a a distinct 'field', often just on one side of the tyre - first two are week number, second two are year, IIRC. Digits are about 7.5mm tall.

HAHA tyre spotting. You'd need superhuman eyes.
On a side note, Graham i find your avatar pretty disturbing! I can't help but think it looks like a robotic fox head with a rocket launcher for an eye. . . maybe i've been looking at a pc screen too long today
