Its really cool in my opinion, would make a great coffee table for a Porsche club office or something. A bit too untasteful for my home tastes.

Having said that, I'd rather see the engine running that holding a sheet of glass!

 

It would grace any living room..........not mine though!!!!!!

Just the glass top with normal legs would be cooler in my opinion.

 

I think Adrian has hit the nail on the head - £2500 buys a lot of mods. Or it would have paid for my recent service at JZ Machtech...

 

I always wondered what happened to car engines once they were shot beyond repair !!!

Table would be a lot nicer if the pipes supporting the table that are, I guess, supposed to be exhaust pipes wern't connected to the intake ports!! Where is the distributor and carburetors (or injectors). Parts shown look like a very early example of a 911 engine. Not much for 2500 pounds sterling, could at least used racing parts for that.
