Need to run wires from cab to trunk....how?

I can't believe the lengths you all go to by installing in the front trunk. My CD changer has been installed under the passenger seat (RHD) since new 12 years ago with never a problem. Furthermore I can access to change the magazine on the move, and no loss of luggage space.

Yes,but just the standard package,power up/down of seat base.
Not fore/aft or recline.
