Yes, you are correct - Cobalt Blue is a very rare color. I also only saw a Turbo at one of the parades.. I was at the Hershey Parade last month and don’t remember seeing any Cobalt Blue's.. Here is a pic:

Mine will hopefully be back soon with the silver crest installed. It comes in a very nice little gift box... I guess they really want you to feel like you bought a present for yourself... I did.
