Thumbs down Holes in the luggage trunk?

I recently noticed that there are 3/8" hole in the luggage trunk underneath the spare tire. Two of the holes did not have a rubber plug and were wide open to the ground. What are these holes for? And can you plug them up? What is the best thing to use to plug them?

Those holes are drain holes. They should not be plugged, but should have a rubber vent/funnel/cone shaped type part that fits inside. This allows water to escape, but not to get inside.

The part number is P911-631-259-02 Rubber Drain Hose.

Hope this helps,

Jay

Jay,

Thanks for that part number, I've been looking for those for almost a year now!
