Post 964 engine & fuel injector info

Looking for some info on 964 fuel injector flow rates, pressures, duty cycles etc. Also, some idea of standard flow numbers for the 964 heads would be helpful.

Of course, if there is a 964 specific book which has all this info, point me towards it & I'll put it on my Xmas list.

This sort of info is very difficult to come by. The injectors are of course from Bosch, so find their Bosch part number and see what you can dig up from Bosch. You local Bosch agent might help you here.

Christer

You are conspicuous by your absence in not requesting a go with the G Tech device!?!

Come on.......blow your clutch!

Hi Piers

Well I have had this ongoing intermittent groaning noise issue with my clutch since JZM fitted it in February 2002. They think it is the spigot bearing (or thrust bearing if you are a European living in the USA). The noise goes away for a week or two but always comes back. I have now booked my car in for service at JZM who have agreed to fix the clutch for free. After that, I would like to use it, but I have been waiting for this issue to be resolved before asking.

The only problem I have is that I don't know of a guranteed level surface to use for the test. If you see a Guards Red 964 streaking along the runway at Gatwick on the news in mid January then you know that's me!

I will get back to you on that, and thanks for the albeit slightly sarcastic offer!
