1. clear corners/bumperette delete
If I had to pick only one thing this would be it.

2. dual exhaust.
I love the look of dual exhaust (done properly) and I think the 964 has the best tips of any 911 before or since with the angled cut on the oval pipe. Maybe someday.

3. lowered
Just gives the car such a mean look. Again, someday....

4. wheels
Cups yes, don't care for the Speelines w/ all those rivets. I do like twists though and the old Ruf 17s.

5. Get rid of the "2" after Carrera. Looks silly as evidenced by all the later C2s just saying "Carrera".

I like the whale tail on 3.2s and SCs but not on a 964 unless it's a Turbo.

Anders,
Is your RS suspension set at standard RS ride height and camber, toe, etc? (I love those wheels, are they 18"?).

Cosmetic upgrades I can't do:
Jessica Simpson in the passenger seat OR me in the passenger seat and Danica Patrick driving (but's more of a performance upgrade).
I like the brake ducts in the front bumper as well. Just orered a set. Did you duct these to the wheels or just let the extra air dump into the A/c and oil cooler.
