Any Porsche specialist or dealer can supply you with it - quite a cheap part.

Be wary of the belt that is in there now, it sounds like your car never had a vent kit since new (+ 10 years).
Without the vent kit, Ozone would attack the rubber in the belt, which could lead to breakage.
