And I don't mean brand new boutique 996's, rather a nice selection of well kept 911's of all ages. there seems to be a common element that attracts sailors to Porches or vice-versa. I find this interesting!
Any others like me?

I have a Porsche because I live far from the see but probably would exchange it with a sailing boat if I was leaving near the sea. Anyway I sail 3 or 4 times in the year, especialy in winter
BTW I am IT Director to pay for all these expansive games...

At the moment I'm working for GM after sales in The Netherlands also known as PAC (Parts Assistance Center). Before that I was Checking Procedures engineer/developer (well known by Arjan B ) at Opel in Germany, Russelsheim.

Hi sailor...I am an architect too, a Malaysian now in China. Always have a passion for both Porsches and Ferraris and the easiest way out rather than choosing one over the other is to have both, albeit not the new ones..
In Malaysia a red 355 and in China a silver 993TT. Best of both worlds and different driving characteristics BUT same highs although more lows from the 355 when it has to go n see the dottore!

ex- photographer & 60 minute photo lab mgr ( our 1- hour process was tuned down to 22 minutes )
ex- CAD designer (slow at brainstorming but at least we could beat the pants off the manual drafters)
currently Project Mgr for Construction Firm ( we look behind schedule but we always hit the deadline ! )
Looks like a definite pattern here. Could HWFMR use some help? I could dispatch traffic reports on the Interstate H-1 freeway between
Honolulu and Los Angeles!
ps Great Website !!!
