Post Engine miss under power

I recently bought my '91 C2 Turbo and have since had the plugs, rotor, cap, O2 sensor and one of the plastic intake air pipes replaced. This was done due to the fact the car was running rough. It idles just fine now, and runs great. However it has a slight miss under load and once at crusing speed. The slight stutter is accompanied by a soft popping sound. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had the same problem. My mechanic changed everything you mentioned. My problems was a sensor that was attached to the distributor. I don't remember what it was call, but since replacing it my car runs fine. Good luck!

rather than just tthrowing parts at it, lets first concentrate on a good diagnosis. Just mabey your car has the capability to read faults through the check engine light, if so, try to do that. It won't cost a penny. The next thing I would try is to spend a couple of bucks, and to have it "hammered". Another alternative is if you have a buddy with a 964, try swapping some parts. One that would be easy and interesting is the coils.
