Based on the damage to the top car's rear bumper and the lowered 993, I suspect the Porsche driver was at fault by rear ending the other car. I saw an SUV rear end a small sedan, with the front of the SUV ending up on top of the sedan's trunk.

That 993 is really lowered....maybe it has the new PSS-9's.
