I got some at a BMW dealer in my search for studs when I stripped mine. BMW list them as replacements for the same position in their cars. May not be exactly the same as Porsche but servicable and worth a shot.

The ones used in the H&R and RS application I think have too tall a shoulder as they are made for a thicker mount.

Without a good alternative, I am considering pressing or drilling the threaded studs out of the top bearing/hat and replacing them with good quality bolts. These, I could tack-weld (a very light spot weld) to the top bearing/hat to hold them in place.

Does anyone see a problem with this approach?

I certainly don't want to purchase the entire top bearing/hat. If I go that route, I would prefer to put the money in spherical/monoball bearings and camber plates.

Thanks.
Erick
