Just a few minutes ago while getting to work, a light came on on my dash, the manual is not in my car (removed for auto-x last weekend) and I have no idea what the warning light is for?!?!

The light is red, with a circle and a few arcs on both sides...sorta like this:

That'd be the brake pad wear indicator.

Thanks,I was hopeing it was something like that...
I didn't want to have to be calling AAA for the ride home

Luckly, I have 4 brand new rotors and all new pads sitting at home...gotta love eBay...$270 delivered to my door for OEM parts....

You will also have to replace the brake pad wear sensor(s) that tripped or bypass it or them depending upon how many have been cut through.
