Default rear spoiler wall

So I noticed my rear spoiler wall was in two pieces today while I was giving her a wash. Does anyone know the part number for this?

thanks,

call Sunset Imports, Pelicans or one of the other discounters. prices can really vary. Its a very common repair. They will all know what you need

Is this the rubber piece that you can see when the spoiler is up and the engine lid is open?

For instructions on how to replace it see http://www.porsche964.co.uk/technical.htm or let me know. I've done it and it is very easy to do.

Very easy to do. Snap the old one out of the track top and bottom using a screwdriver then snap the new one back in. Dont remove the wing to do it. I forgot if it was the top or bottom you snap in first but you can tell when putting it back on. Shouldnt take more the 10 minutes to do and thats taking a break inbetween

So I guess the early 964s really do have a different spoiler than the later ones and the 993. I had to lower the spoiler to about 2/3 height to get the lower attachment off. The lower attachment is around a bar that runs the width of the decklid opening and from the extra features on the new wall, I assume the newer ones attach the same way on the top and bottom.

Other than that, it went like clockwork.

cheers,

Ken
