Front Fender Cowl Seal replacement

Has anyone ever replaced these seals. How difficult, and what are the steps.

Mine were just replaced. I was told by the shop they just press into place. I believe they were 5 dollars a piece from Pelican.

There are three bolts along the flange. I think loosening those would release the squeeze on the seal, and make replacement easy.

I would have a close check for rust while I had the area exposed.
