Hello to all,
While looking for a not-terribly-expensive set of tyres, I found Falken FK451. Thread design is very similar to Kumho ECSTA712 Supra's. Producer says that this is a wet-oriented tyre. Actually I've got (totally owrn out) Michelin Pilot on front and Kumho ECSTA (At legal thread height) on rear. My tyre size is 205/40 ZR17 and 255/40 ZR17.
Has anyone tried Falkens? I wanted something better than Kumhos under rain, but I'm afraid they may wear out quickly...
Cheers
Emanuele

I had a set of Falkens on a 1983 911 SC two or three years ago. They were cheap and I got what I paid for. <img src="graemlins/c.gif" border="0" alt="[ouch]" />

I have heard nothing but good comments about the Falken Azenis tires, from AutoX and DE people. I don't know if those positive comments will carry to the FK451s or not.
