Default Border-computer is black

Hello,

Yesterday whan i picked up my car from service (was´nt done because my car was to low to lift in this garage) the border computer was all black, dead.

Can you in any way turn it off??
Anyone know what number ón fuse it can be?
Can it have anything to do with my bad battery, always low but the car starts perfect?

Thanx! John
