That's it. I think the part number includes the pin, spring, and red cap. I'll grab it and post a picture.

LOL I have the Microfiche slides or whatever you call them in a box someplace right next to my collection of 8 tracks and LD's.

I am looking for these parts as well. Some folks on the Porsche 964 Club facebook page suggested this website for the parts you're looking for.

So while this isn't exclusively a 964 part, it is used on the vehicle. I did a bit of searching and could not find a source for it.

WTB: Positive Battery Cable Double Ended Bolt. This is the bolt that fixes the positive battery cable clamp to the battery post. It has 8mm threads for the clamping duties and a 6mm stud on the bolt head that is used for small wiring to be attached via ring connectors.

You'd think this would be easy to find. But I have been striking out!

So I have an issue, where one side of my rear seats will not come down. It looks like the plastic "hook" has failed. I have the later setup (with the black button at the top of the rear seat back) but can't seem to find a fix - or honestly even how to get this to open. It's been a couple of years that I've forgotten it but always annoying when taking the car on a road trip and need some extra space for bags, etc.

Anyone selling 18s? In need of tires, and thinking about making the jump to 18s.

Wow - I stumped the band! At least I feel better about having such a hard time finding such a simple part.

If you get desperate, that isnt a difficult thing to make on a lathe. Any machine shop could make one.

Does it have to have metric threads? Would something like this work?

I can give you a part number for the entire cable as that is how Porsche sells it as a complete unit. I doubt you want to go through that hassel.
