I think I found a solution.
Its Liquid Rubber. First a plastic foil on the floor, and then the liquid rubber.
I need about 5 litres and it will cost me about 65 usd.
The result is a perfect shape and it is removable and heavy enough so that it doesn't move.

I'm affraid I'm from Belgium, Europe.
Here is a shop where you can get it
Liquid Rubber
Here another link Liquid Rubber
It is not dangerous. The product is used to make duplicate's of pieces of art.
I never used it fore that kind of purposes, so don't shoot me if it is not the right product :-)
Regards
Peter

I still haven't got the time to create "new sound proofings" ;-)
Yesterday I used a garde hose to sprinkle water on the Porsche 964 Cabriolet.
I've done this to investigate where the water is comming from.
There was water on the floor of the porsche :-(
I could not find where it came from.. but it was not via the doorseals nor the cab-seals.
Is it possible that the water comes via this (see picture) ?
(I saw also water in the luggage department on the right side of the fuel tank, behind the ABS pump)

Let me try a different idea. My sound lining is only damaged at the base of the accelerator pedel where your heel rests. the white foam is dry. Because the Black outer surface appears to be a rubber/latex based material i have been looking for a lagrge rubber patch - the kind of thing that you might use on a puncture in an air boat. the key to it is identifying the rubber material and using a compatible glue when affixxing the patch.
Does anyone know what the black skin is truly made of???
thanks, Jim

I was in fact looking at a piece of Firestone rubber which is used for making ponds, cut to the correct size with some specific glue (vulcanizing) it could be a perfect solution. I have used the stuff for my pond and it should be quite ok for this purpose.

I will post my question again, then this topic is back on top ;-)
Does anybody knows if water can get inside the cockpit trough this grid ?
Before dismanteling my porsche, I want to now if the water in my porsche can come through this.

Peter.. I'm pretty sure that's the fresh air duct to bring fresh air into the cabin. If your ducts are not fitted properly I would imagine that would allow water in. Perhaps someone else will chime in and set us straight. My factory manuals are buried or I would look it up. If you don't get an answer today... I'll dig them out this weekend!

If you were to really spray a ton of water into the fresh air duct with a hose (don't ask how I know this) water will work its way through the foot vents and to your floor. I would check the windshield seal between the glass and the top of the dashboard. You can also check the front trunk seal.

Today, I could see that there's something wrong on my car. (see picture)
One bolt is missing, and the water leaks inside the lugage compartment.
And I guess... further to the floorpan.
Before I fix this, I will spray water over the car. ( a before and after test)
