John K- Thats the way I do it, drop the two plugs into two pans and wait overnight. Punching a hole in the top of filter would probably not be a bad idea, but I have not done it. One thing I do is jack up driver's side of car then set it back down gently, leaving the left rear wheel in positive camber, this creates a tilt helping filter drain, but I don't know if I need to do this.

well, get two oil drain pans.

also, instead of draining overnight, i let it drain while consuming approximately four adult beverages. this is an appropriate amount of time to let it drain.

The last time I did my oil on my 90C2 I removed the right rear wheel and did not see the plug. Is the plug on all C2's?

Paul I am sure you have the plug If I had a digital cmaera, I'd show you on mine. After the wheel is off, look up and to the left, right near the backside of where the oil filter lives. I don't recall the size...I wanna say about the same as the drain plug, but won't swear to that.
