Default Rattling noise after oil change?

I just finished an oil change after replacing my leaking oil filter console gasket and hose line from the oil filter console to the oil tank. As I turned on the engine, I heard a rattling noise coming from the engine. I had just finished adding 6 liters and was continuing to add three more (this came from the maual). Was it the lack of oil in the engine that caused this? It is now up to level and the noise remains. Any help will be appreciated.

Let's see... posted today so it can't be an April 1(Fool) joke... Dude... I never turn the car on without the right level of oil in... That is the full 9 liters (9 or 9.5 liters depending on the manual you read...) before I turn it on...

How many miles on the car?

When was the last time you did valve adjustment?

Did you change oil types/grades/from dyno to synthetic??

Any oil line bracket left out? Vibration of a line hitting the body work...

Give us more info so that we can help you better...

And btw, New to Rennlist? If so, welcome

No joke, its April 2nd. The car had 6 liters + the 1+ liters that remain during an oil change (manual says to add 6 liters and then 3 when in idle). The car has over 111,000 miles and has always been babied. Last valve adjustment was around 100,000. No change in oil and no loose oil line bracket. Just an odd noise on startup. It can be coming from the cooling fan.

Been here for awhile, I just read many post. Thanks.
