It's fate
There's this quiz show in the UK called "Countdown" - no doubt it also appears in other countries - I think in Holland it's called "Cijfers en nummers" or something - where one of the main games involved the contestants trying to build words as long as possible out of a random selection of vowels and consonants. What happens is that the contestant chooses whether they want to receive a vowel, or a consonant, until they have a total of 9 to work with. Then the clock starts and they have to come up with as long a word as they can.
My wife watches this program. Hey we have a young kid, so what else can she do at that time of day
ANYWAY - the point is this - the night before I bought my Turbo 3.6, the first five letters that one of the contestants received were :
T...R...B...O...U
Seriously! No kidding. True story.
So - anyone else got a similar story of Fate guiding their hand to their Porsche purchase..?

PS George - not for long, maybe...
My wife is fed up with me cluttering up the house and the money's running out frighteningly quickly. Of course the spontaneous purchase of an expensive car hasn't helped...
So I'm reluctantly turning my attention back to the miserable business of earning money.
Don't suppose anyone wants to pay me large sums of money in return for me playing about with Porsches and spending loads of time at home with my 15-month old daughter.....?
