Well, it is for me anyway. I'll be there around 7:15 (ish - I'm always late !)

BTW Mark, I've almost perfected the handbrake turns in the passat estate now, much to Sally's disgust

See you all in a couple of weeks guys.

If you are in the Netherlands in the future, please feel free to visit us, and we will take the Porsche for a Autobahn drive [15 min. away]
and speed up to an 163 miles p/h if you like.

Have a nice time there and.............bring a umbrella over, you will need it there I think.

Now that you have a baby, will that be putting a damper on your international travel plans?

Riccardo

If there are only 4 of us I guess we can take the 964's right? Again, I don't mind which cuisine we go for, but we should take into account driving there and parking etc - Randall do your prefer Greek cuisine by Ford Fiesta beater or 964 Italian?

Riccardo, we may need to take this off line as I am too busy at the moment to check the internet - perhaps send me an email as I HAVE to look a tthose...

I should have final confirmation tomorrow abotu whether I have to be away this weekend...fingers crossed!

Good man. I am talking to Riccardo about this and I know he is booking the Italian. I should know by end of today if I can make it - but it looks like an 80% yes right now.

Unhappy

Randall,

Not only the baby will be a limit for international travel, in the first place it's better not to put a baby in a airplane the first 1/2 year, especially for Califoria what will be an 11 hour flight will be a problem. So I think this year we go to Southern France this summer by station car.
Further will be the costs we had on the restoration of the house, the costs for the new garden,
the new tires for the Porsche and the bad economic situation a limit for this year.

It's also a point for us a what the 'Irak tensions' will be working out.

I think that when the everything works out, next year we will visit California again. We miss it........................

Have a nice trip!!

First, the Italian place is NOT open on Sunday. Darned lazy Italians don't know what brilliant custome they're missing on!

Second, I will likely by 964-less on Sunday as I have booked it in for a new windscreen.

So, whats plan B?

Dear Johnfm,

I do what is best for the child, an that is what a doctor tells me.

May be it's possible to fly with a child so premature, but I believe It's not good for the ears they told us.

I'll wait.... our next time flying will come soon enough.

Thanks for your reaction.

Hi,
I can still make the Sunday, if you can think of a plan B - and that means another 964. But - my knowledge of London is pretty slim despite the fact that I don't live far away so the plan needs to include somewhere very easy to find!

Christer,
Don't have your email address - and tried to mail you via rennlist and it said the address was blocked, either by you or admin?

Cool

Guys,

May be you remember,

Last June, my wife and I visited Randall and Eva in Dana Point, while we where in Beverly Hills.

The where so friendly to invite us into their [very nice] house and to drive with their Porsche 964 Targa with 993 engine.
The time was limited for us to be a longer time with them, but as far as we know them, they are a nice couple, very freindly, end very Porsche minded.

I think you will have a nice time with them in England for those who meet Randall and Eva.

Enjoy!!!!

Greetings,

Arjan B.
