Post 1/18 Die Cast model available?

I have been trying to find a 1/18 scale die cast of the 964 coupe. Anyone know if there is one available?

As always, your reply is appreciated.

Here you go Lou:

<a href="http://forums.rennlist.com/forums/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=4;t=001239#000003" target="_blank">964 Model Thread</a>

Conclusions from this thread:

-No 964 coupe model &gt; 1/43
-<a href="http://www.ansonusa.com/catalogue.html" target="_blank">Anson</a> has 1/18 scale and 1/14 scale 964 Cab and Targa models.
-Per an e-mail I received last year, the U.S. contact for Anson is Chuck. Text of the e-mail =

"Randal,
You can purchase this item from us directly. We only accept checks or money orders in advance. The cost of this item is $30.00 ea. which includes shipping. Please send a check to C&S Toys, 11181 Hidden Springs Ct., Dubuque, IA 52003

Best regards,
Chuck"

Perhaps Chuck can locate a 1/18 or larger scale coupe model, if one exists. His e-mail address is Usaanson@aol.com .

Good luck!

Before Christmas, I got a catalog from Porsche, which had for sale a gift set of 1/43 Coupes, including a 964. They were Silver, and cost about $200, I think.

Unfortunately, I have yet to find the 964 Coupe seperately.

If its still available after the $100 Porsche NA discount coupon arrives, I may buy them, and EBAY the non-964 cars.

Randall,

Vitesse do a beautiful 1/43 964 C4 in Amethyst. Unfortunately it's a "john" model with square mirrors and design 90 wheels.

However I got a cheap Vitesse 1/43 RS and transferred the cup wheels and mirrors to the Amethyst C4 and used my touch up paint to give me a perfect 1992 Amethyst C4.

- Now all I need is a small set of number plates...
