These are great seats... very good support and comfort. Once set up correctly, they are great even for long distances... and track days too. I have them in my car, Guards Red though.
Those seats are great. If they matched my car, I would be all over them. They are the same seat as the Recaro Polo Position, which sells for $1495 each in leather.
The seats are slightly narrower than Pole position seats.
True RS seats differ from Speedster seats in that the bottom is cut out for a 6 point harness and their are two seat squabs stacked on top of each other instead of a squab and a rubber trampoline system as on Speedster.
The color combination looks like a genuine RS combination, except I have never seen silver mounting plates they are supposed to be black. The style of the plate looks right, just color wrong.
The only way to really tell is to look under the seat, it should have an oval seat belt hole cut out. Also there should be a second bottom pad under the first.
From the pictures it is impossible for me to be sure they are RS or Speedster.
There is a Maratime blue 911 in the background of shot 2, the seats in the picture are one of the options that came with a Maratime blue RS.
My seats below are the other combination, with regard to the runners they are made from aluminum on the RS and painted black. They get tatty easily as the paint doesnt seem to bond well.
Looks like the guy has stripped them back to the aluminium.
