Default Rim crest

I'm considering painted crests for my design 90 rims (1990 C2). I'm looking through aftermarket magazines for options (I don't dare price them at a
Porsche dealer!) I'm aware of the normal option for my year, but I really
like the ones I saw with a different color yellow around the 'PORSCHE"
logo and stallion, and white around the "STUTTGART" logo. Are these
acceptable for my application, or is it a "sacrilidge"!! Are they for a much
older model?? Thanks, Tom 1990 C2 present 1966 911T 20 years ago!

Hey Tom, try these guys... they might be able to help.

You are very welcome Don...we do not accept PayPal, sorry. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you can remove your old center caps without damaging the wheels, the new center caps can be installed without removing the wheels from the car. There is a tool available from Porsche designed to fit in the two holes in the face of your center caps that will remove them without removing the wheels from the car. Please let is know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you, Dave - Wheel Enhancement

Hi: My wife has a 91 Cab Black/Tan with these center caps. I don't really know the size, but I think your silver cap with the black crest would look nice. Do you know if it would fit a 91 D90 wheel? I don't want anything with gold, but I'm open to suggestions. TIA, Don Watson

Thanks for the info....I'm still wondering if anyone knows the history of Porsche crests.
The one I like is unique (it's the only one with 5 colors GOLD, BLACK, RED, WHITE, YELLOW) I wonder what its original application was. Does anyone know?? Thanks, Tom

I don't know if they are still in business, but try Melissa Moody at info@center-caps.com or info@center_caps.com She used to hand paint center caps of all kinds, especially Porsches. She might know or be able to duplicate what you are looking for. Don't know if she is still in business. Her URL was www.center-caps.com or www.center_caps.com It was a long time ago

Also Bruce Anderson might be able to help bruce1485@aol.com

Good luck!
