It shouldn't take your wrench more than an hour to bleed the brakes, clutch cylinder, and even the accumulator and solenoid block, and since you've already bought the fluid, I think your best bet is to let your mechanic do the job. That way you know all your ducks are in a row for your first track day. Go out, enjoy the car, then go pick up a power bleeder and Adrian's book and when you've got more time, bleed them yourself. It's too important to mess around with when you're under a deadline, but it's very satisfying when you learn to do it yourself!
