I am more curious than anything else as I have the blower almost completely disassembled and I cannot find it, does anyone know where on the rear heater blower the part number is located? I can only find the die numbers, 91.655.50.127 and .137.

I don't have the part# handy, but the Porsche part # is on a sticker attached near the connector on the blower body. It's 964 # (or if it's been replaced, it could be a 993 #). I was able to remove the fan from the motor, and intend to order the bare motor from Vertex (for $109, it's cheaper than a used assembly off e-bay...... ) The bosch motor # is 0.130.111.145 (not that it helped me, since Vertex seems like the only place that sells just the motor)
