Okay Tony. Tx for bringing light into the darkness. I went through a lot of threads via the search function. When I read "Eaton" I made the link to the XJR which I nearly bought a few months back. FWIW AJ6 Engineering in Cheshire http://www.jagweb.com/aj6eng have some good reading on superchargers.

Anyone know of a North American (or even better, Canadian) source for this conversion?

I am new to Rennlist and have been reading a lot of posts. Just bought a 90 C2, H&R lowering springs, LWF and Fabspeed muffler. I am thinking of an ECU upgrade and possible MAF conversion. I was looking at Authority but understand they are out of business. What do you recommend for street use with some extra power and drivability. Thanks for the advice.

I would bypass the Autothority option, if you haven't already decided to do that. I have one, and while I love it, God forbid anything ever go wrong with it because the support they offered me was laughable at best. And that was just to get a wiring harness for the darn thing!

Default Chip upgrade advice needed!!!!

Thanks for the advice on Authority. I can't get them to answer the phone so maybe they are DOA. Does anyone have a chip recommendation for a 1990 C2 with LWF and Fabspeed dual exhaust? Thanks for the advice

When considering a chip for a 964, check out this web site ( www.andial.com )
on the FAQ page under Question #2. It's most applicable to a 964 with knock
sensors. Andial was/is Porsche Racing USA and developed engines for Le Mans
& Cup Cars.

I did get a old of Autothority and purchased a chip for LWF and aftermarket exhaust. Installed it and it definately helped idle, slightly hgiher, and it seems to pull stronger.
