hello, does anyone have a black 964 car with fiske fm5 wheels with black anodized centers and polished lip? would like to see picture before i purchase. also i have always admired the look of the black centered fuchs with silver lip. this is the look that i am after, any opinions. thanks

For clarity, Fuchs won't fit on our 964's. Neither will the HRE Fuchs-style 3 piece wheel - wrong offsets. I agree there is something 'right' about the Fuchs black/polished look. AFAIK, Kinesis, Fikse, and others can anodize their centers almost any color you want, including black. Have you looked on their websites? You may have already gone to the Kinesis web site, chosen any wheel, click on special finishes, and there are a few black color combinations to consider.

thanks Bill and Marc, i seen the fiske wheels on their website. but i wanted to see if someone had this set up before i buy as it would be devastating to spend se veral thousand dollars and not be pleased with the look.


on another note, what do you think about some 993 cup wheels having the center painted black and the lip natural silver anodized ????????

that why i would like for someone to post a picture with this type of set up if possible.

Joey Bagadonuts also had black centers with a polished lip IIRC (not Fiskes but very nice looking nonetheless) and there are some 993 guys with a similar look. Have you asked/searched on that board?
