Talking Round the corner, a short video clip

Short, self loading clip of Saturday, with some of the guys from the forum.

http://www.964kevin.dsl.pipex.com/Ro...e%20corner.htm

Each car with a different exhaust setup.
1 with cat bypass
1 with cup pipe
1 with G pipe
and 1 with GHL system....

Guess which is which, oh and at 35MB please be patient, it will eventually self load and run.........promise.

Best viewed in internet explorer, as I seem unable to get it to run properly in Firefox......

good video - shame i had to leave early - a stock system would have been a good comparison. Nice to see you all again.

We have 2x 164MB pipes here at work and I am not getting anything much happening...except please wait....so what is going on?

Kevin, also I forgot the calipers even though I especially moved them over to Billericay before I went on holiday. Perhaps next time if you are still interested? Sigh....

Hmm, not sure Christer, Graham seems to have seen it, maybe my ISP is having some issues...what Browser are you using?..............
It takes about 10 mins for me on a 512k connection..which is slow, so I would take a guess at it being my ISP...
Yes I forgot about the calipers too, must have been the cold.......I'm still interested......

Shouldn't need real player, I set it up to use either quicktime, or preferably windoze media player.....I reckon you've got realplayer set for default on mpg files, maybe try changing the default media player????

I've got a Mac and couldn't get it to work. Even tried downloading it to my computer to run it from there. It told me that it needed some other part to run it or something.

You can click on the film embedded in the page and choose 'save video' option. You need an mpeg-2 decoder thingy and WIndows Mediaplayer will play it. The MPEG-2 thing you will have installed if you have a DVD player/software installed. So I finally managed to see it last night. Actually, I didn't think my car was all that noisy at all....weird...

I just downloaded it by clicking and save as and it all worked.

The only comment I had from the wife was that "You were driving that a bit slowly weren't you? It didn't look as if you were going that fast....!". You try telling this missus how summer performance tyres when cold on slippery cold tarmac do not make for being a hero..... ;-)

Obviously she meant "compared to the 3 potential formula 1 stars you were with".....

Actually, the GHL system actually sounds quieter than the rest of you hooligans - at least on my speakers at home....that was a bit surprising....

Er - I don't think so! I can't hear my car at all when I'm following you.

By the way - when we were heading home and some idiot in the left hand lane decided to go all the way around the roundabout without indicating forcing you to brake suddenly - I wonder if you realise how close you came to having a full size white 964 mounted on your rear bumper!

Didin't even cross my mind, I have full confidence in you. You can brake harder than anyone I know. In fact I suspect the problems with your brakes a while back was due to the system just giving up after abuse from you...
