we have terrential rains in Holland at this very moment ! so all salt will be washed away instantly..
I drive the 911 summer and winter... its a car and it has to serve me, not the other way around !
and as it is a C2 I have to drive very very cautiously on frozen surfaces....
what bother me now is that I get water in the holes in the back where the little seats fit in.... where does that come from ???? the rest of the car is bone dry even in the constant rain in Holland !

Hmmmm....I just bought a '90 C4 for the sole purpose of using it as a daily driver - summer and winter. I'm with Johnny G and JohnFM...the car was built to be driven, it snows in Germany - right? This is not to say that I won't pay a little closer attention to maintenance and cleaning during periods of highly salted spirited drives. Use it and enjoy...cause it can always be repaired.
Although, I do have three other P-cars that won't see salt, so I guess I really don't have anything to say at all....
