My wife's 'toy' car is dark Navy blue with a black leather interior. Man, it's an absolute furnace if it sits in the sun. She keeps towels handy too in the summer so as not to almost get burned by that hot black leather if the car is in the sun... You can see any little piece of lint, dirt, etc in a black interior. Clean 'em up and they look great though...

Jay, thats an awesome combination! And I'm glad there are others who like the dark blues with gray. I would love to switch the tan on my blue C4 for gray!

A buddy had a Slate Gray Metallic with Classic Gray interior 964, I thought the color really suited the car.

I'll second the Classic Gray (different car, though)...

What interior colors does the dark green metallic come in?
Mine came in Mahogany.

For me, Tazzio, and at least two others (Roy where are you?) it is White! Easiest to keep cool, always looks clean, shows least age, and looks just fabulous. As an added bonus, I was always waved at, let into traffic, and generally treated with kindness in my white 964 Cabrio. My dark green 996 Cab with Savannah beige interior is a looker, but this color is much harder to take care of than the white--and, I would not think the dark green exterior and light colored exterior will look naerly as fresh in ten years. Matter of fact, the 15k mile green shows/highlights! more chips than my original 15 year-old white exterior paint!! Not sure if this because of water-based paint vs. traditional lacquer, or what.

I kind of like the green/mahogonay, but it's not very German looking. I've never seen one like that...is that color combo rare?

My favourite would have to be Midnight Blue with Grey, but I settled for Slate Grey with Linen as a good second best. I also like the Amazon Green with Beige.

I still say Midnight Blue and Tan, and I am partial to the upgraded leather - it is soooooo soft.

I have a '90 C2 in linen grey metallic with a blue pinstripe cloth interior. Special order for the UK market and I have found it has really grown on me. Of course I originally wanted a dark blue car with leather interior...but wouldn't swop now!
