I am looking for some help in aquiring a set of front Carrera RS a-arms and a set of Carrera RS rear guide arms for a 93 euro Cup Car. any info or direction would greatly be appreciated. Also any idea of replacement bushings would be of help. Trying to stay GTC-1 legal.

Pat,

The RS a-arms and rear swing arms should still be available from Porsche, do you need part numbers?

ERP makes replacement monoball bushings for the front and rear, as well as a monoball swing plate which allows greater camber adjustments. I've installed these, and they make quite a difference.

Aren't those particular components on a US spec Carrera RS America different than the euro Carrera RS street model and the racing 964 Carrera Cup car? Thus the trouble in finding them for the Cup car?

Note Carrera RS parts can be ordered via any Porsche dealer who will order from Europe. Although I've been surprised that some Carrera RS parts are stocked in Atlanta. There are some discounting Porsche dealers who will order from Europe, if you need a lead, pm or email me.

I recently had all these priced out at a discounting Porsche dealership; the number in parentheses is the quantity required per vehicle, next number is pricing and the number following is the # available in the USA, BO - Back Order take 4-6 weeks unless you pay for Porsche's expedited shipping from Germany, FBO - factory back-order = find someone else to buy from; If there is no number following the price that means they have plenty!
